Job Title: Project Manager

Department: Operations

Reports To: VP Operations

Job Information:

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of a specific project.  They will work closely with their team, external vendors, and customers to ensure that project goals are met on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with their team
• Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues that may arise
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure project tasks are completed on schedule and within budget
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to project team regularly
• Ensure all project documentation and reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Conduct project meetings and report on project status to management and scheduling
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations
• Manage project budget and resources, including contract labor and personnel allocation
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferable in a related industry or field
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with project team on all levels
• Strong organization and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Demonstrated experience in project planning, budgeting, and resource management
• Must be able to speak both English and Spanish
